Running Quotes

Over the years I remember reading lots of great quotes in Runners World about training and racing. If anyone remembers any or has a favorite running quote let me know.

  1. I don’t always need extra motivation, however there are times when words from those who have suffered in races come to mind and push you along. 23 miles or so….
